Norwalk Winter Market Moves to Freese Park for Spring Season

The indoor Saturday winter farmers’ market that was being held on Wall Street in Norwalk is now a spring/summer farmers’ market located on Main Street at Freese Park! The vendors and  hours have not changed. Enjoy your fresh produce, specialty foods and seafood shopping outdoors from 10-2 each Saturday. Thank you Gazy Brothers Farm and the City of Norwalk.

Market Vendors:

Gazy Brothers Farm, Oxford, CT, supplying freshly grown produce from their IPM farm

Pemaquid Lobster & Seafood, New Harbor, Maine, supplying fresh, wild caught seafood and frozen

Greenscapes – Plants, maple syrup, jams (made locally by The Herb Basket), honey

Goatboy Soaps – Goats milk soap and body products

Eagle Wood Farms – Beef, pork, eggs

  1. How come this page doesn’t come up in a search for “norwalk farmer’s market”? I spent countless hours last Saturday driving around Norwalk looking for this market (and never found it). The Westport, Georgetown, and Darien markets are all on google maps.

    • Becky, oh how sad that you wasted all that time! I hope you know that the Fairfield Green Food Guide does list these markets under blog posts (see farmers’ market category) and the home page is dedicated to helping consumers easily find the markets. Additionally, the markets are listed in The Buying Guide. Thanks for your determination.
