Fairfield Cheese Company Hosts Local Celebrity Cheese Author

TV personality, restaurant owner and cookbook author Jason Sobocinski will be appearing at Fairfield Cheese Company on Saturday, March 3, from 1:00 and 3:00 pm for a book signing and macaroni and cheese sampling.

Jason Sobocinski’s landmark New Haven bistro is known for its cheese-oriented menu with a classic French twist. CASEUS FROMAGERIE BISTRO COOKBOOK overflows with signature recipes, mouthwatering photos, and the back stories of artisan cheeses, meats, and other foods featured at the restaurant.
