An update from farmer Jennifer Trillo:
“We are excited to share lots of good farm news. With the construction of two new greenhouses we will be offering early greens and tomatoes. Very exciting for us after last years wet, wet spring that kept us out of our fields. We have acquired an adjacent piece of farm land with 4 barns that will allow us to achieve many of our wish list items. We will be planting fruit, herbs and flowers this spring and adding a commercial kitchen for value added products, preserving and farm dinners. This we hope will be completed by fall. Our cattle stock will also be growing this summer with new calves on the way. They will enjoy one of the barns as their new home. Our pasture raised beef has no antibiotics, steroids or hormones. The beef will be a CSA add on later in the summer.”
