Admit it. You’re jealous of your kids’ summer farm camp program. I have been for years and have hinted to farmers that adults would gladly jump on an opportunity to apprentice with them. How better way to learn than by doing with a professional? Congratulations to Ambler Farm, Wilton’s organically-run community farm, for being the first to offer an Apprentice Farmer Program for Adults in the area.
