Ambler Farm invites the public to a Garlic Harvest event on Saturday, July, from 10-11am. Learn how to harvest garlic in this hands-on program with Farmer Jonathan and instructor Kevin Meehan. You’ll learn all about garlic and will take home some organically grown Ambler Farm garlic to enjoy. Free and open to the public.
Ambler Farm is a community farm open 365 days/year, dawn to dusk. Stop by for a walk, visit with the animals, paint a picture or take photos, or have a picnic. The farm stand is open each Saturday between 9am – 2pm.
Ambler Farm is a regular vendor at the Wilton Farmer’s Market, held every Wednesday from 12:30-5pm at The Wilton Historical Society, 224 Danbury Road. Arugula, beets, bok choy, carrots, fennel, kale, baby leeks, lettuce, lettuce mix, peas, salad turnips, scallions, summer squash/zucchini, and Swiss chard are in season.
