Dine at Artisan with the Authors of The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook

 

Dine with the authors of The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook, Tracey Medeiros and Christy Colasurdo, at a Fairfield University Bookstore event to be held at the Artisan Restaurant at the Delamar Hotel in Southport on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 beginning at 6:30pm.

Artisan restaurantExecutive Chef Frederic Kieffer of Artisan, a restaurant featured in The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook, will prepare a seasonal meal using the day’s farm-fresh ingredients for a unique dining experience. Tickets for this dinner-and-a-book event, including tax and gratuities, is $45 per person or $70 per couple. A cash bar is also available.

Connecticut_Farm_Table_CookbookBooks will be sold at the event for $20 each and they make great holiday gifts, especially when signed by both authors.
