Mill Street Bar & Table sources local-in-season ingredients from a community of farms, fisheries and purveyors, most notably its own organic farm, Back 40 Farm in Washington, Connecticut. Nearby farms including Sport Hill Farm in Easton, Fort Hill Farm in New Milford, Riverbank Farm in Roxbury, Millstone Farm in Wilton, and Holbrook Farm in Bethel regularly supply the restaurant.
Seafood figures prominently on the menu, and is the main attraction at the 10-seat oyster bar.
