Abbey of Regina Laudis to Host Farm Art Festival

Fine and Performing Arts, Food and Wine Come Together at the Farm Art Festival in Bethlehem

Scott's wintertree sky (1)“The Farm-Art Festival – Inspired By Nature” is a celebration of local artists, small farms, artisan food producers and the Clay & Wattles Theater Company – all inspired by nature and contributing to our area’s vibrant cultural life.

It will take place on Saturday, May 28th, from 11 to 5 p.m. at the Gary The Olivia Theater – 249 Flanders Road, Bethlehem, on the lush, beautiful grounds of the Abbey of Regina Laudis.

Artists Suzan Scott and Marc Chabot will join other local artists displaying their work in different mediums – and all art work will be for sale.

They will be joined by local and regional food artisans presenting cheeses, jams and condiments, baked goods, chocolates, meats, produce, honey, wine and beer. Bethlehem’s own Percy Thomson Meadows Farm (lamb, beef, pork, produce)Sunset Meadow Winery (boutique wines)Two Roads Brewing (craft beers) and Artisan Made America (local and regional award winning cheeses) are several of the featured festival vendors. Each vendor will feature a food item on the tasting menu for festival goers to sample – all food items at the festival will be for sale.

A portion of the festival proceeds will go to support Clay & Wattles Theater Company, a 501 (c) (3 ) educational and performing arts nonprofit organization.

Admission allows you to view and purchase cutting edge art works and sample from the festival tasting menu (each vendor will provide one food item for the festival sampling menu) and buy artisan made foods, wines and beer and enjoy performances by Clay & Wattles Theater Company and special guests. Festival held in a roofed open air theater-so come rain or shine!
