Friday, September 11th, 2009
Sunday, October 4, 12:00pm-4:00pm
Rain or shine

Everybody’s Ambler Farm Day favorites are back - apple slingshot, scarecrow making, hayrides, the trebuchet (otherwise known as the pumpkin catapult), “Bob’s Your Uncle” band and visits with farm animals, just to name a few. This year, there are some exciting new additions to this beloved Wilton tradition including a hay maze for children and a special exhibit of the Raymond-Ambler House Restoration project. The Garden Market will feature Ambler Farm Syrup, in-season produce, and flower arrangements made with flowers grown in Ambler Farm’s gardens. Other activities include a silent auction with farm and garden items from local businesses, pie and bake sales, instructional exhibits on pie making, wood working and broom making and cannon firings by the Wilton Militia at 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

Entrance fee is $20 per family. Senior Citizens $10. All proceeds from Ambler Farm Day benefit Ambler Farm. On-site parking is limited and gates open at 11:45am. There will be a shuttle from Cannondale Station.
