Come Grow With Us

New Canaan Library invites you to grow with them at their seed lending library. The idea is simple—borrow seeds from the library (don’t worry– there won’t be any fines), let some of the plants go to seed, and bring the next generation of seeds back to the library.

CT NOFA Winter Conference Opens for Registration

CT NOFA’s 33rd Annual Winter Conference will be held on Saturday, March 7th (snow date March 8th). Hear keynote speaker Dr. Kristine Nichols of the Rodale Institute discuss the future of sustainable farming, attend a wide variety of workshops and panel discussions, meet and shop from more than 60 exhibitors and vendors, network over lunch, celebrate local food, participate in the raffle, and more.

Cannon Grange Invites All to Real Old-Fashioned Agricultural Fair

Cannon Grange No. 152 celebrates its 82nd Annual Agricultural Fair on Sunday, August 24 at the Grange Hall grounds, 25 Cannon Road, Wilton, Conn., 10am-4pm, rain or shine.

Adults and children alike are invited to participate in the juried contests where ribbons are awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mention placing.
