Marina Marchese will take guests on a tasting journey to discover the unique sensory qualities (terroir!) of hyper-regional, Connecticut honeys including selections from Honey Oak Farm in Woodbury, Hannan Honey in Southbury, Autumn Harvest Orchard in Norfolk, and Marina’s own Red Bee apiary in Weston.

Learn about our rich and diverse sustainable food community; engage with organic farmers and chefs, homesteading experts, artisan food producers and retailers at the marketplace; and attend sustainable food talks and tasting workshops.
Honey sommelier, author, and beekeeper Marina Marchese of Red Bee Apiary will be the featured guest at the Winter Farmers’ Market at Norfield Grange in Weston on Saturday, November 30, from 12pm to 1pm. Marina will host a honey tasting and offer food pairing ideas for the holidays to farmers’ market shoppers.
