Taste the Terroir of Connecticut Honey

Connecticut beekeeper, author and honey sommelier C. Marina Marchese will take guests on a tasting journey to discover the unique sensory qualities (terroir!) of hyper-regional, Connecticut honeys including selections from Honey Oak Farm in Woodbury, Hannan Honey in Southbury, Autumn Harvest Orchard in Norfolk, and Marina’s own Red Bee apiary in Weston.

Teacher assignments, open houses, orientations, school supply lists – it’s all suddenly upon us. So are the last crops we’ll harvest before putting our gardens to bed for the winter.
