In this video, Lunch Wars author Amy Kalafa interviews Tim Cipriano (aka the Local Food Dude), Food Service Director for New Haven Public Schools, about the changes and the challenges in New Haven school food. Cipriano is well known in sustainable food circles and has been to the White House as an invited guest in recognition of his work as a Chefs Move to Schools Chef, a program affiliated with Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign.
