The Friends of the Fairfield Public Library will welcome Christy Colasurdo, co-author of The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook, and Analiese Paik, founder and editor of Fairfield Green Food Guide, as the guest speakers at its Annual Meeting of the general membership on Thursday, September 3rd. The meeting will take place at 7:00 pm in the Memorial Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road. Light refreshments will be served.
The authors of the Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook have begun an exciting book tour that includes stores, restaurants and farmers’ markets that we know and love. The first event is tomorrow, at Back 40 Mercantile in Greenwich, followed by a cocktail and book signing party at Terrain next Monday, then a farm-to-table dinner at Parallel Post on June 25. There are many more spring and summer events to come!
